Bigger floors mean more material and more labor hours — but size alone doesn't set the price. We measure your specific garage and quote it directly rather than working off a generic per-square-foot rate that ignores floor condition.

Lower upfront cost, wide range of decorative flake and color options. Takes longer to cure and can be more sensitive to hot tire pickup than polyaspartic. Good middle-of-the-road choice for most residential garages.
Higher upfront cost, cures much faster (often walkable same day), more UV-stable, and generally more resistant to hot tire marks and abrasion over time. Better fit if you want the fastest turnaround.

What Changes The Price
Existing cracks, pitting, or spalled concrete need repair before coating — this is the most common reason a quote comes in above the base range.
Garages with a history of water intrusion may need a moisture-mitigation step first.
Metallic and multi-color flake systems cost more than a solid color due to extra material and labor.
A newer garage floor with no cracks, stains, or moisture history is the fastest and least expensive job to quote.
